Lucky is an exceptional individual with a remarkable combination of skills and experiences. As a Human Rights Activist and communications professional, he has dedicated himself to advocating for the rights of marginalized communities, specifically the LGBTQI people in Nigeria.
With over six years of experience building a digital presence on social media in the nonprofit sector, Lucky has successfully utilized online platforms to amplify the voices of those who are often silenced or overlooked. Through his compelling narrative and evidence-based approach, he has effectively driven policy and programmatic reforms, pushing for greater inclusivity and equality for the LGBT community in Nigeria.
Lucky’s commitment to human rights issues is further reflected in his academic background, as he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the prestigious University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State since 2015. This educational foundation has definitely equipped him with the strategic thinking and leadership skills necessary to effect meaningful change in the field of human rights advocacy.
In his current role as the Communication Officer at Minority Watch, Lucky continues to make significant strides in advancing LGBT rights. His innovative approach to his work extends beyond traditional advocacy methods. He has demonstrated a keen understanding of modern communication tools, implementing a mass email marketing campaign with transmon messaging.
