PARALEGAL TRAINING PROGRAM

Overview 

Minority Watch is a non-governmental organization of lawyers and paralegals committed to the protection and enforcement of the rights and dignity of LGBTQI persons in Nigeria. The organization seeks to achieve it objectives through legal research, legal interventions, strategic litigation, and stakeholder engagements.

About the training

The Minority Watch Paralegal Training Program is tailored for individuals who are eager to deepen their understanding of legal frameworks, enhance their advocacy skills, and make a tangible impact in our legal interventions. As a paralegal with Minority Watch, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced legal professionals who work on strategic litigation cases and contribute to ground-breaking initiatives that uphold the rights and dignity of LGBTQI persons.

The program is for passionate and driven young people who are committed to creating positive social change. Whether you are a recent graduate, a budding activist, or someone looking to channel your passion into meaningful action, this training program offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to making a difference.

Eligibility Criteria

Training Location:

Lagos State.

Training Details:

Ten selected applicants will undergo an intensive three-day training program conducted by professionals. Selected applicants will be equipped with the necessary skills to contribute actively to the protection and enforcement of the rights and dignity of LGBTQI persons in Nigeria.
